Not an answer but a related question, to save someone having to reply to us separately....
I figure that if someone is downloading stuff from my library the chances are they'll have other stuff that would appeal to me.
Monitor shows that some people downloading from me are browsable (the icon lights up) and some aren't. And some of the ones who apparently are actually aren't (error message pops up if you try to).
So what determines these circumstances? More to the point, which am I? I'm happy for people to browse my shared files, but how do I know that I'm not appearing as one of those irritating jerks who downloads piles of stuff from a given source but remainsapparently reluctant to let anyone see what's on the shelves? |
