As it stands right now i'm getting disconnected about every 20 to 25 min
I've had the program less than a week
have e-mailed tech support and they have answered all my questions except why I am constantly getting disconnected
Tech support will not/has not even acknowledged my request for help on my disconnection problem
As it stands right now the program is un-useable. From the time I click a file to download and go tinkle the program has disconnected.
I've done every thing I can think of to do
I reconfigured my fire wall per the instructions
Deleted Avast virus scanner, purchased and installed McAfee virusscan hopeing that would solve the problem but it did not.
Does anyone have a suggestion
