I tend to set them at around 85% I alter them If I'm on a run of fast downloads, or if someone is having a run of fast uploads from me. There is a sticky on how to best to set them, but I find I cannot do it quite like it is suggested. If you set them too high as a rule your compurer will run very slow for other things! hope this has helped ... please ask if you have any more queries.
