I am having problems connecting to limewire. I was using the programme sucessfully yesterday and then today I cant connect and I dont know why....

This is what it says when i click on my limewire shortcut -

LIMEWIRE WAS UNABLE TO INITALISE AND START. THIS IS USUALLY DUE TO A FIREWALL PROBLEM BLOCKING LIMEWIRES ACCESS TO THE INTERNETOR LOOPBACK CONNECTIONS ON THE LOCAL MACHINE. PLEASE ALLOW LIMEWIRE CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET AND RESTART LIMEWIRE.

I have no idea whats happened between yesterday!!!!! Basically Ive disabled all firewalls on my computer and I followed the troubleshooting thing on here and with the gnutellla thingy. I dont understand what it means by loopback connections and I dont understand how to restart limewire. Ive tried deleting it and reinstalling it but that dont work either!!! I dont know what to do - and i miss limewire. surely I can fix this!!!!! please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!
