Downloading programmes is a risky business on p2p networks. You have no guarantee, you may have vital parts of the programme missing, you may get a programme with a virus, You may get a trial version whose trial period has expired ... etc. etc. If you get one that works, I would say you were lucky, but if you want really helpful advice it would be to buy the programme, or obtain it from a source you know is reliable.
Hopefully someone will be able to recomend a programme that would be suitable for you, but I personally still have problems with stationary images
