I would like to ask you a few "silly" but vital questions:

1) Your Norton AV 2005, is it working properly and has all the latest viral definitions update?

You can only answer this question honestly if you have a legitamate copy of Norton.

2) What is "Spyware Doctor Pro 2005", I ask because it is more than likely a "bogus" spyware product, as there are only a handful of reputable anti-spyware applications available, i.e.

Ad-Aware SE (Free)
Spybot (Free)
MS AntiSpyware (Free)
Webroot (Trial period then pay)

any other product is a cloned rip-off of one of the above, which may contain it's own spyware.

What should you now do?

Go to a site, such as Symantec, that offer an online (over the internet) virus check of your PC and check your PC out. I say this because some viruses will attack Norton's software and render them useless.

Good luck

UK Bob
