No there is no contract, and if you can think of a way for Limewire to stop them PLEASE let them know!

The problem is that the buyers who get Limewire off the scam sites, have never heard of Limewire, or they would get it from the official site. And the Scam sites have your credit card details before you know you are getting Limewire and not the site's own software.
