Could be the liscence warning popup:
license problem
If your not worried about d/ling copyrighted material, In LW go to Tools>Options>+Searching>Basic>tick Show License Warning, then click apply. Then try to d/l something, when the warning box popsup click "always use this answer" then click "yes".
