Default Does the ISP called 3web (Canada) filter file sharing?
Hi all,

I'm curious if anyone is using the 3web ISP in canada and whether they are blocking file sharing, specifically upload traffic. I'm looking to switch from Shaw and was wondering if these guys are any good.
