That didn't work for me. I've done the bug report and on the "Received incoming this session" line, I got a TRUE and not a false.
I also did a speed test and my dl speed was 1407 kbps, ul speed was 243 kbps. When I connect to LW, my Quality is almost always "TurboCharged".
My computer is brand new as well, so I don't know what the issue is. I'm totally stumped
