Please help. I don't know if I'm doing this right or even if I'm in the right place. I have never done this before. One of my problems is that I can't seem to contact support. It will not except my e-mail address. When I purchased my Lime Wire I also purchased the upgrade to PRO. However I keep getting the little pop-up telling me to upgrade to PRO. Also, when I try to update, it will not except my e-mail address. When I made my purchase, I received a comfirmation e-mail at the very same e-mail address that it says is not registered. So therefore I can not update or contact support.
It tells me that with the PRO version that downloads are "Turbo Charged", however I have been downloading a movie for that last 12 hours and it is only at 76%. Is this nomal?
