You are one of many, many people who have been conned out of their money by these predatory scam sites, of which there are well over a hundred.

As more and more newbies, like you, joins the internet looking for cheap music and films, without really knowing what is going on or how to protect yourself, these sites will continue to feed on your money and naivety.

You have already contacted American Express, your credit card company, and, I presume, told them that you were conned out of your money. As your CC, like most others, probably has an anti-fraud scheme in place, therefore the only thing left is to push them until you get a refund.

It would also be a good idea to change your card details or you could find yourself paying monthly subscriptions for your non-existent club membership.
