03-11-2005 Search Filters & perm sort setting: So I guess that was 8 mths ago. I made a similar request Xtra search option 14 mths ago. I too wish they would hurry & implement some type of filtering. It's well overdue in the present climate of spam & viruses, many of which have only shown up this year.

Perhaps you should check again.
Also, using the Resume/Find Sources function on many files simultaneously will have a slowing down effect on your computer, using up its resources & the bandwidth. Some people abuse this tool & then wonder why their computer & the net slows down. So imagine what effect it has on the gnutella network.
