I wish you would have said other LW users at the univ were OK.
See if you can find someone to let you connect your machine to one of their access points. Better yet, get them to bring theirs to your access point and see if they can connect.
That will allow you to narrow down the problem to either the access point (ethernet, I presume) or your machine's settings.
Assuming the connection test shows the problem is with your machine, compare the settings they are using, especially in the LimeWire Options-> Advanced->Firewall section |
