Duh! LW is free & people are expected to 1st use LW Basic before they consider using LW pro to see if they like it & so if they have any small problems they can be worked out. I don't see thousands of people with connection problems. Considering the multiple millions of people who use LW, actually only a very small % have issues.

As a volunteer on a forum, I can't help you without any details about your setup. If you saw other posts then you'd know what info to provide. The forum rules also suggests what info to start off with. Multiple posts & not one gives any details about your set up. I ascertain you're a windows user. Pro support gave you advice & you ignored it. Then troll the forum, not looking for help but to troll.

And enough of the spamming new threads on the forum. Your inaccurate accusations don't go down well with forum members & moderators.

If you don't like a program after you buy it (like any program), then fine, move on. Try another client or forget it altogether. But your attitude hasn't given me any enthusiasm to be generous to you as I am to most members of the forum with problems. Forum Rules (click here) And btw this is the Gnutella forums which caters for many gnutella client programs, not just LW. This is NOT the LW site or is it owned or run by them. It is an independent forum site run by volunteers.

Softw companies are not in the practice of refunds (& $18.88 is hardly breaking the bank compared to multiple hundreds charged for most.) LW's refund policy http://www.limewire.com/english/content/refund.shtml
