yup, natasha, i just joined the forum in search of an answer to this very question.

i am on a mac using limewire and also itunes 6. in the "shared music" window in itunes, i see the real names of everyone on my network who is using limewire, e.g.: "john doe's limewire tunes." must be six or eight of these folks.

needless to say, i too am interested in changing my name so that it doesn't appear all over the network, but am novice enough that i haven't figured out how to do so yet.

any ideas?
