Put this host on your banned host list. in tools/preferences>filters>hosts. Remember to tick apply>ok afterwards. Or you can right click and tick ban or block host, if that is available in the window you are using. Sadly he may turn up again with another ip, but it's worth a try. ( do not add the port number ..ie. the number after the colon.)
