When I download video files i can hear the audio, it is clear, but I cannot see the picture (i am using wmp) . the picture is distorted and looks like many squares? This does not always happen, some files are great video and audio. It doesn't seem to matter if the avi or mpeg files both have the video problem. Any suggestions??
