Did you go to the port forward page I suggested. It explains how to do. TCP & UDP are the control for incoming & outgoing from your modem. I can't remember which is which. You'll see it once you log into your modem & get to the appropriate page. With mine (504G), I have the option for forwarding a port for both or for one of TCP/UDP.

* BTW are you connecting from home/work/school?

* Are you networked with other computers? Are any of them using the net also (or using p2p sharing)?
