I've got a better idea. All LimeWire-Users should set FREELOADER_FILES in the limewire.props - file to 200 or 300 and set FREELOADER_ALLOWED to 0. I did that, and I also have much better results when connecting to hosts, for my client now picks those servants, which are sharing a lot of files while having a good connection speed and high up-times at the same time.
