Depending where your from.....Always read the fine print make sure the ISP will allow p2p and if it states unlimited dl and ul make sure thats what you get....

Im on an unlimited cable plan, which is suppose to mean UNLIMITED, but no, I've recently discovered its what they want to limit me to lol.....
