When I uninstalled LW by using the LW uninstaller then manually deleting all the files left in the LW folder the rbot-ugh worm went away. It returned when I reinstalled LW from the LW site. This happened on two uninstalls and two reinstalls. I just did this 3rd time...and no worm has appeared (yet). I now have "Hijack This" installed and ready to deal with any future appearances.
