I have win media 10, and I get the sound of the video I want just not the picture.

I read other threads on this subject and looked at downloading more codexs, but there seem to be lots of different packages on each site, which one ?

Or would it be better if downloaded a different media player ?

If so which one

Basically I'm not **** hot on the computer and couldn't tell you what a codex was, but realise I need them, HELP.
