Any ideas on Tiger uninstalls, Ladies and Gentlemen? I see from other threads that just dragging all LimeWire related files is the suggested way - but if it asked me to supply an admin password to install it then doesn't that mean that it has done something at a fairly basic OSX level and which would then require a proper uninstall?
Or am I worrying over nothing?
The reason I want to uninstall thoroughly is that since downloading LW I have suffered a series of kernel panics, freezes and crashes whenever Folding@Home stops processing. There is obviously some sort of low level kernel conflict and by unisntalling both applications I can do a controlled reinstall until I identify the exact cause.
So, any advice, mon tres bon amis? |
