If you're not supposed to share more than 700 files or whatever...

What's with the green box at the bottom of LimeWire with a large number (at the moment, 11,261), which states when I put the mouse icon over it "You are sharing 11,261 files"? I'm uploading no files and downloading two- what exactly does it mean?
