Ok well i called up the cable tech guy and basically told him the problem about blocking the p2p networks, he basically denied that they never block or monitor any p2p networks and i told him it only happened since i got cable and all of a sudden under the connections tab in limewire as i'm talkin to this guy i get a connection, from where but from opt online it's a fair connection but still won't let me download anything, but it's still funny how they deny all this and i get connected through limewire from a opt online connection
