Go to tools > options > saving. This will show you where your music's being saved. By default it's C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Shared. In this case, when you click on 'shared' in your library...there are your songs. You don't have to manually save each one

You can change the destination folder for your downlods if you want, just remember to press 'apply' after changing anything.
