Besides video and text, I like finding people's shared photos, rather than commercial and popular material.
Most amateur photographers don't bother to title their photos, which is usually a good indication that they are NOT commercial
Use the "What's New" search type to get started. Once you've found a few interesting photos, browse that host to see more of what they are sharing.
Another way to see what pics people share is to look for "dsc jpg"
Digital Still Cameras (dsc) often add that to the beginning of each pics name, so it is another way to search for similar files.
You'll find stuff ranging from junk only of interest to friends and family to some great shots from grads, weddings and family getogethers to some great scenery, vacation shots, and even bizarre personal porn.
