There is a possibility that there is insufficient room on your drive for the movie. If you check and find there is ample room, then please check my suggestions below, and if they do not help give as some more details of your equipment and we'll see what we can do.

Details should include Computer... OS ... and Limewire Version (in Help/Limewire > About) etc.
