Your modem/router is just the piece of hardware that lets you connect to the net. Have a look at all your hardware & see if you can find those brand & model numbers, that info might be needed for someone to help you with your prob |
yep, i tried it with the firewall off, no joy
i cant see any info about my modem on my computer i'm afraid
