The exact error message, if one pops uP: "email not recognized"
1.Purchased LIMEWIRE PRO ****more than 6 months ago***; had program removed from my computer b/c the university system recognized it inadvertently running and shut my access to the internet off(although I set it to NOT run while on the University's internet system).
2. When I went to upload Limewire PRO again, the Limewire system did not recognize my email address.
3. SO, since customer service responds only to PRO customers, I was out of luck for getting a customer rep. email address.
4. Instead, the Limewire website said please post to the forum if you have any other questions and a moderator will answer if you leave your email:

Please respond--I have already paid for a service and limewire would do well to update its database to recognize customers who have purchased pro over 6 months ago! Thank you!
