I don't know about Netgear, but there will either be an external UPnP switch on the device, or you'll need to log into it using your browser to see if there's a UPnP option you can activate. Type in
http://192.168.1.1 or
http://192.168.1.99 in your browser to log into your netgear device. You'll prolly have to log in. Now check your options. If your router is UPnP enabled, then so should LW be set as such.

Both the listening port & connecting port should be the same unless you wish to manually port forward a separate port your router for each.
