(Just alittle background knowlege for those who care: I personally don't like the politically correctness that is associated with "Happy Holiday's". But dont think that you can get away with saying that either, its derived from "Happy Holy Days." Also the letter 'X' in the word "Xmas" is derived from the christian cross symble. It's not that these words themselves are politically correct, but its the intention and slow movement to take Christ out of Christmas. "Seasons Greetings" is probably the most politically correct one out their. It also offends the most. So, say that next time you want to.
