It's a shame you're disappointed with LW. There are two stickies in particular which tell you how to get the best out of the pgm: in this section "A few things to consider while configuring LW for optimal performance" and within the Download/Upload Problems section: "Maximising download/upload success". You might've already read them but if not, have a look.

As for support: I can't judge the e-mail support as I don't have pro but you will get support and help here on the forum if you ask for it
