Sorry but LW Pro costs $18.88USD and that site you bought from is not the official LW site (ie it's a scam site). You probably have basic not pro and so your e-mail is not recognized.
You can check it in LW by going to Help > About LimeWire. See pic here:

Even if you did have pro and had gotten it from the official site:
http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...um_intro.shtml. Pro is good for 6 months of free updates and you are past the 6 months so you would have to pay again.
It's probably too late to get your money back. Next time make sure you get it from
http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml .
