This is from the LW Pro download page. You have to click that you agree to not d/l copyright material to procede with the d/l.
You probably got yours from a scam site. LW basic is free and pro costs $18.88USD. The official site is here:

There are a lot of scam sites out there. You should try to get your money back and consider cancelling you credit card because now they have your billing info you don't know what they will do with it.
