Are your ports all the same now (ie ports that LW shows are the same as what you entered for PF)??

Is your firewall icon gone?

Do you see uploads? Not just incoming searches, but other hosts actually uploading from you in the lower half of your monitor page?

If you go tools > options > bug reports > view example. Scroll down to 'recieved incoming this session' - if it says true then others can upload from you.
