Both Bearshare Lite & LimeWire are safe from spyware or adware. But I would recommend getting real spyware programs & not some of these out of date utility programs that can do your computer damage. (click on link) & you'll see links for utilities you should get for your protection. eg: Spybot was given the full clearance & full points by the spyware forum. Whereas there's too many others out there which don't work properly or have spyware themselves or are scam versions, etc. So choose your spyware program with care. We recommend what we know works & is safe, etc.
