When you see a file in the search results that's obviously junk, then select it & press the Junk button below the search results. Keep doing that & the filter will learn to recognise them. The 134 KB mp3 spam is the easiest to filter out. You might not want to push the sensitivity up too much initially so you can be sure you're not getting genuine files in the spam filter. It took me only 2 searches to filter out audio spam. That's because I deliberately did silly searches to attract them. Such as jkdjklfe for example. Virii are definitely the hardest to filter out. It will take a long time for the filter to learn filter out virii efficiently. It's the files' characteristics you're filtering out, not the host. I don't believe in blocking hosts personally. Particularly since most will have dynamic ip's which mean their ip's can change from one day to the next or so. |
