If you've deleted your files from LW then I'm afraid they're gone. If you've deleted them from iTunes, you'll have to go back to 'add file', look in your LW saved folder & put them back into iTunes.

Have a look on the LW forum for a sticky (in red) about not deleting files, it has links to a few file recovery programs which might work.
