Please can someone advise me, I have downloaded a music video and wish to transfer it to my itunes, however, it came up on the screen that it couldn't play that file???
Does the download have to be in a specific format i.e. MP3 MPG??
I am a bit of a novice so please explain in plain speak. Ta
