They have a great information database for transferring video clips, whether it's home movies from a digital camcorder or something else, to CD (VCD & SVCD) and DVD. There's a whole process that you have to go through to accomplish what you're trying to do. It's not as simple as just "burning a video file". Plus, plan on taking a better part of your day to do this too. It's all explained on the site.
