You have a firewall blocking somewhere but I do not know where we gave you all of the instructions we know of to fix this problem.
The only thing I can tell you is go back through the instructions and make sure you did everything correctly. My guess is your router is blocking you although you did say you deleted McAfee you may want to try re installing McAfee then un installing it rather tan deleting it it may still be active.
