it must be the software we install? That cannot be our issue. We have never downloaded a program that would need to be installed. I do appreciate all of the info on this matter but so far everyone that I have personally asked said they had an issue using it. I guess I will have to see what happens with the current install on my powerbook. So far nothing.....

The biggest thing I keep hearing is to get a disk defrag program.
