I would have hoped an upgrade would have cost me less than someone who has never paid before!

All attempts to upgrade lead me to either a full payment page, or the less than 6 months screen which refuses to recognise the EMail address which Limewire sent all the original details of my purchase to.

Is there a cheap option by some other route?
