I am using the wired ethernet in my University dorm. I have limewire port changed so that limewire can connect to network but download speeds, even with 8+ users remain at max of 5KB/sec. This networkis capable of 350KB/sec+ download speeds. Will someone please help me figure out how to trick my University system into allowing full use of bandwith with Limewire.
