First let say something about this "network congestion fallacy." By the sound of it we'd think there are too many people on the network and it gets congested. Not true. I don't care what you've heard. What is congested are servers that have each been set up differently with various rules not all in agreement. For example, if Server A says do not allow speeds over 100 KB/s and Server B says do not allow speeds over 50 KB/s, what do you think someone who wants to access the information through those two servers, what do you think his speed of retrieval will be? 50 KB/s, 100KB/s, 25 KB/s? You know what it will probably be? 0 KB/s.
