Qiute possibly. See if you can find out with polite inquiries if your dorm is actively blocking p2p use. They often do. This is a very possible cause. |
Well, I just checked my school's PC FAQ's, and it says:
"does not block applications, games, P2P filesharing, or other services."
So now, the only thing I can still think that would be affecting my limewire would be upgrading to the newest version. (I've had a previous version 4.9.30 Limewire for over a year now here in the dorm, with no problems.)
