6-11Q. My songs sound all distorted. They skip and jump all over the place.
6-11A. Try defragmenting your hard disk. Use Windows Defragmenter or a Symantec utility. Also, if your computer is older, try closing any running programs

It could be that you need a differnt player - I'm on my fourth.

Or better still - go look at it yourself - there are a lot of things in it that you might find useful.
