That is NOT the correct way to uninstall LW. LW should normally be uninstalled via Start menu>Programs>LW>Uninstall.
The reason for your problem is most likely a virus. See WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! (click on link) & get Norbie (click on link) to help you sort out the problem!
